Shipping and Returns

• Please note that shipping costs are not included in the prices on the website.
• I craft each piece with great care and I want it to arrive in perfect condition, so I prepare the packages carefully
and with materials that protect your creation during transit.
• These will vary depending on the order and you will be able to see them before finalizing your purchase.
• Delivery time is usually 2 to 7 business days within the peninsula (although sometimes it may take a little longer or a little less, you know, things like the sea and the tides)

RETURNS

Each Epoxidonia piece is handmade with love and is unique. Therefore, custom orders are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
• Your order arrives damaged during transport.
• There is a mistake and you receive a different item than the one you ordered.
In those cases, write to me within 48 hours of receiving your package and I will find the best solution for you. If you wish to return a product for other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Legal Notice

In accordance with current regulations, returns of personalized products will not be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors in the order. For any accepted return, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of receiving a product different from the one ordered or errors attributable to Epoxidonia.

Production Times 

Each piece deserves its time to shine!
If the piece you've fallen in love with is in stock, I can prepare and ship your order the same day so you receive it as soon as possible. Each of my creations is handmade with lots of love, and production times may vary depending on the piece and the complexity of the design. 

• For most accessories (earrings, rings, keychains, bracelets…), the production time is usually 3 to 7 business days. laborables.
• For decorative elements and personalized pieces, the time is usually to 20 business days, depending on the order, as every detail is taken care of with special attention.

Our process respects the planet: collection, sorting, recycling, and transformation, working with local suppliers,using 100% recycled and recyclable bags for our plogging days, and a plastic free packaging(business cards made from algae paper).
